AIR COMBAT COMMAND HOLDS PRE-ANNIVERSARY MARKSMANSHIP TRAINING AND FUNSHOOT
IN PHOTOS | The Air Combat Command, through the Office of the ACCS for Education and Training, C-8, conducted a three-day M16A1 Rifle Marksmanship Training and Funshoot Activity from May 21 to 23, 2024 as part of its Pre-Anniversary Activities at Edwin Andrews Air Base Firing Range, Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City.
The activity began with an M16A1 Rifle Safety Lecture, which included the Basic Fundamentals of Marksmanship and Dry Firing, followed by Live Firing and a Funshoot. These sessions were discussed and facilitated by Subject Matter Experts and selected Range NCOs from 710SPOW, respectively.
This event not only showcased the skills and proficiency of every organic ACC personnel in marksmanship but also underscored the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork. It served as a reminder to strengthen our bonds as the ACC strives forward to accelerate for excellence.
Likewise, MGEN ARAUS ROBERT F MUSICO PAF, Commander, Air Combat Command, recognized the winning teams and commended all participants in the activity.
